Vistar Platform (Trafficking) Login
Reading Time: ±6 minutes
Introduction
Accessing the Vistar platform starts with signing in to Trafficking, the shared login interface for Vistar products, including the DSP (Demand Side Platform), SSP (Supply Side Platform), Ad Serving, Cortex Fleet, and Adstruc. This topic covers how to sign in securely using MFA (multi-factor authentication), manage your account details, and switch between accounts when working across multiple organizations or roles.
What You’ll Learn
In this topic, you'll learn how to:
Log In to the Vistar Platform
Use your Vistar platform (Trafficking) login to access the DSP, SSP, Ad Serving, Cortex Fleet, and Adstruc.
Note: MFA adds an extra layer of security to your account and ties to your individual user, or email address, and device. If you share your user login with someone else, they won’t be able to complete the MFA process.
Note: To access the Vistar platform, you must have a Trafficking user account. To use Cortex Fleet, your account administrator must first add you as a user in Trafficking and then in Fleet. Likewise, to use Adstruc, your account manager must first create your user account in Trafficking and then in Adstruc. After logging in, if you have access to multiple accounts, you'll see these listed. Select the account you want to access.

Note: To reduce how often you’re prompted to enter a one-time password, select Remember this Device for 30 Days. Selecting this checkbox bypasses MFA when logging in from the same device. This is not recommended when using public or shared devices. Note, if you haven’t signed in within 7 days, you’ll be prompted to enter a one-time password. And, if you’re using a private browser session (like Chrome’s Incognito mode) you’ll be prompted.
Click Continue. On successful login, you’re taken to the application’s landing page.

Multi-Account Support
If you work with multiple agencies, operate across different regions, or perform multiple roles within your organization, you may have access to more than one Vistar account.
Your primary account serves as your default account, and you may also have access to one or more destination accounts. By default, destination accounts inherit the same role permissions as your primary account. For example, if your primary account includes the Reporting role, your destination accounts will also include that role. However, your account administrator or account manager can assign different roles to destination accounts after they're created.
