This week we released Version 4.13. We’ve made the following changes and improvements:
- Bulk search for venues in reporting
- Users can sort by Associated Campaigns or Line Items
- Creative Auto-archiving
Bulk search for venues in reporting
Previously, as a seller, if you wanted to pull a report from multiple venues, you would have to select each venue individually. Now, Reporting gives you the option to paste all of the desired venues into a modal. To open the modal, you can select the ‘Bulk’ button in the ‘Venue’.
Within the modal, you can paste a comma separated list of the venue IDs for which you’d like to view reporting.
Users can sort by Associated Campaigns or Line Items
As a dashboard user, the creative details view now allows you to sort an IO/Order’s creatives by the number of associated line items or campaigns. When sorted the creative with the most associated line items or campaigns will be at the top and creatives with no associations will be at the bottom.
Previously, all creatives that had ever been associated with a given advertiser would populate within the IO/Order creative view. In an effort to cut down on the number of creatives visible, we now will automatically archive creatives that meets all of following criteria:
- The creative was uploaded more than 3 months ago
- The creative is not associated with any campaigns with an end date in the future
You can view archived creatives by checking the “Include Archived’ box within the IO/Order creative view.
