This week we released Version 4.28. We’ve made the following changes and improvements:
- Creatives tab moved to the Admin View
- Added the option to copy plans in the planning tool
- Account admins can now control user access in dashboard
- Bug Fixes
Creatives tab moved to the Admin View
Following recent implementation of the new creatives workflow (as reported here), we have migrated the creatives tab out of the main dashboard view and into the admin view. The change has been effected in both the buyer and seller dashboards to facilitate a more streamlined creative management process.
Per the new creatives workflow users will upload, add, and make updates to creatives from within the IO/Order detail view. The “old” creatives tab on the other hand, will primarily serve as a repository for all creatives uploaded to the buyer or seller account. From this view users will be able to view the full list of creatives in their account, including the archived ones.
Buyers can now copy plans in the planning tool
Buyers can now make copies of existing plans. This will save time when creating multiple similar plans. To copy a plan, select the checkbox next to it and then click “Copy” from the Actions dropdown menu.
The word “(Copy)” will be appended to the the name of the new plan as shown below.
Account admins now able to control user access to the dashboard
As an account admin, you can now manage a user’s access to your organization’s dashboard account. This new feature will allow you to either deactivate users (withdraw their ability to log into the dashboard) or activate inactive users (reinstate their access). This is in addition to all other controls we have provided to admins as explained here (for buyers) and here (for sellers)
(i) Venue export from the mapshare view
Sellers are now able to export the list of venues targeted by a specific proposal from the shared map tool.
(ii) Creative names now available in reporting
There was a bug in the reporting tool that impacted display of creative names. This has now been resolved.
